Standalone Installation

Single system and multiple users ( Offline Installation )

Installation mode and details

• • MarvelSoft SchoolAdmin is installed on a single computer and accessed from only one computer. the Schools must buy Standalone license.
  • In this mode of installation, SchoolAdmin will be installed on a single system. Any number of users can be created in the system and accessed.
  • Software can not be accessed from LAN (Network) or Internet.
  • Software CD will be provided for the installation.
  • Internet connection is only required for the remote support and Training.

Target Schools 

Small to Medium Schools with students strength less than 300.

Advantages 

Economical, Easy to Manage for Small Schools.

Limitations

Two people can not work in the software at the same time.

Data Backup

Automatic database backup to a folder or external USB disk.

Client / Server Installation
Single Server, Multiple Clients & Users (Offline LAN Installation)

Installation mode and details

• • MarvelSoft SchoolAdmin must be installed in one dedicated high end configuration system (this system will act as server). Schools must purchase SchoolAdmin Server License.
  • The SchoolAdmin server works as a central server to which all the client computers can connect and login using user name and password.
  • No Additional software required on the client systems. Clients can access the software using Internet Explorer/ Mozilla Firefox/Chrome browsers. This mode of installation is also called as LAN or Network Installation.
  • Server Software CD will be provided for the installation.
  • Internet connection is only required for the remote support and Training.

Target Schools 

Medium to Large Schools with students strength more than 300 and less than 1000.

Advantages 

• • School ERP Software can be accessed from any where in the School Network or LAN.
  • Any number of users can access the software at the same time.
  • Students can also access their details such as personal information, assignments, progress report, fee details with in the School Network.

Limitations

LAN must be maintained properly.  If the server is down no one will be able access the software.

Data Backup

Automatic database backup to a folder or external USB disk. Database backup will also be store on our servers.

Cloud / SAAS / Online Installation
Access anywhere in world

Basic and Must Requirements

• • Dedicated or Reliable broad band Internet connection is required.
  • Backup Internet / Mobile Internet Connection is required for fail over.

Installation mode and details

• • MarvelSoft SchoolAdmin will be hosted in the internet on Shared or Dedicated Cloud Servers.
  • No software is required in the School or in the client systems.
  • No Installation CD required. No need to take any backup as the servers on the internet will take the backup.
  • No Additional software required on the client systems. Clients can access the software using Internet Explorer/ Mozilla Firefox/Chrome browsers. This mode of installation is also called as Cloud or SAAS or Online Installation.
  • Internet connection is required for the accessing the software and also for the remote support and Training.

Target Schools 

Medium to Large Schools with students strength more than 500 and less than 10000.

Advantages 

• • School ERP Software can be accessed from any where in the world.
  • Parents can also be able to access the software.
  • Software can be integrated with the School website.
  • School Management or board members can access the administrative data even when they are away from school or when traveling.
  • Teachers can access the software and updated the student grades (progress reports), assignments etc.,
  • No Servers required. No Backup or No need to worry about any viruses, your data is securely stored in our servers.

Limitations

• • Without broad band internet you will not be able access the software.
  • If the internet connection is not reliable or slow the user experience will be bad.
