once you start the SchoolAdmin server and click on Run SchoolAdmin server from the program files menu, SchoolAdmin web page will open in firefox browser and you will see the login page.

In the login page enter the user name and password. For the very first time the user name will be admin and password is admin. once you login you can change the password from the options menu at the top right corner and then click on users menu, then edit the  user details and change the password.

Before you start entering the master settings, you must configure the global settings such as School Name, Address, Email, Phone Number etc., in the School Masters Page. You can access this page in Options menu at the top right corner of the screen. then click on settings and by default School Masters page will be shown as below.

• Enter school name in school name field*, school address in street address*, and mention other school contact details as shown in above figure.
• Insert school logo in school photo. (Images should be in jpg, gif, png.png, bmp format but not .jpeg format).Click on add button, browse for the school logo and select & click on update button. The image size must be less than 30kb.
• click on  update button to save the school details. It will display its corresponding message as “Updated successfully”.
