Why to define the book limit and book duration?
Book limit helps librarian to restrict no. of books that can be issued to a student in a class. For example if book limit is set as 2,only two books can be issued to any student in the school.
Book Duration is the time limit given to the student to keep a particular book for the mentioned duration. This helps the librarian to keep a track of issued books. The due date will be issue date plus the no of duration. Therefore the librarian can collect the due from a student, if the student does not return the book on or before issue date.
